Core Values
Life-Giving Passion and Excellence
We value living life and serving God with passion and excellence
God is worthy of our very best. A spirit of excellence and authentic passion should permeate every activity.
(Ps. 78:72; Dan. 5:12; Col. 3:17; Ecc. 10:10)
We value a church that is Life-giving in every way
Promoting grace, love, acceptance and forgiveness as not just words but as a lifestyle. Exuding a life-giving spirit and a vibrant, positive and exciting atmosphere.
(Rom 4:5; 5:20-21; 8:31-39; Eph 2:1-10)
Relevance
We value engaging our culture and its diversity
Adapting to the interests, needs and social context of each specific group in our community in order to present the Message in a natural context.
(Acts 17:16-34; I Cor. 9:19-23; 1 Thess 4:11,12).
Our church and its leadership should be a reflection of our community.
(I Co 12:1-5; Col 3:11; Rev 7:9; Acts 10:34-35)
Church is a Team
We value a structure that promotes people serving together.
Healthy relationships, not programs, are the key to real ministry that gives life. We believe teamwork that promotes a shared purpose is God's design for effective ministry.

(Jn 17:20-23; 10:16; Eph 4:4,16; I Cor 12:12-27)
We value a Church interacting in the Marketplace
Moving out from behind the walls of our building so the community can interact with us through involvement in business, social service ministry, education and community service. To have real impact we must be vital agents of grace and change helping, encouraging, inspiring and rebuilding people with in a natural context.
(Is. 58; I Cor. 9:19-23; Acts 17:29-32)
Commitment
We value commitment through partnership.
Demonstrated in regular attendance, generous giving and dedicated involvement.
(Heb 10:25; 1Cor 16:2; 1Pet 4:10)
Leadership
We value equipping people to lead, succeed and increase their influence within our community.
Men and women reflecting the character of God and living out authentic faith.
(2Tm. 2:2; Titus 2:7-10; Ps. 78:6, 7)
Common Sense
